THE MISSION
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the product strategy and roadmap of 2 platform use-cases: (i) our customer service automation and (ii) conversational commerce (chatbots and automated agents).
Together with the product team, you will help to transform the company from an ‘ad-hoc service oriented’ to a ‘product oriented’ organization.
Moreover, you will make our internal admin console the tool for customers and employees to discover new features and visualize the impact of our technology.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive every facet of the product, including data, integrations, and the user experience
- Deeply understand {product domain} and client pain points to guide teams and strategy
- Establish the direct and abstract value of the product across the airline business
- Define and monitor metrics to understand performance and identify key opportunities for product improvement and optimisation
- Identify and understand new growth opportunities, the competitive landscape, the evolving market and technologies
- Relate these market and technology trends to our product strategy and roadmap
- Build and manage an insight-led product roadmap, defining and scoping requirements, scalable features and functionalities
- Effectively prioritise to address business expectations, user needs and new client requirements/suggestions
- Collaborate with the development team to define the UX & UI for features and produce wireframes and mockups
- Establish and maintain a product process and educate your peers on best practices
- Serve as the key contact and ambassador for your product across the company
- Ensure key stakeholders are aligned with the product roadmap and required resources are allocated
- Clearly articulate the rationale behind product/feature decisions.
- Support colleagues and external partners with quality and up-to-date documentation, and timely communication
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3+ year(s) of experience working in Product Management (as Product Owner or similar)
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed recommendations to customers
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Atlassian Suite
- Experience operating various systems and software tools, and enthusiasm to learn new skills and technologies
- Knowledge of software development process and Agile methodologies
- An advanced level of English is a must; a good level of Spanish is highly valued
