Senior Product Manager – TV Platform

Red Bull Media House is an award-winning, globally distributed multi-platform media company on a mission to inspire with ‘beyond the ordinary’ stories.

We’re looking for a Product Manager who will help define and execute the product roadmap for Red Bull TV and our streaming video services. As a member of the team, you’ll work alongside our award-winning team of designers, product managers, and engineers to create and iterate on innovative digital media products that reach millions of people.

  • Own and champion your ideas; drive them forward using research, effective communication, presentations, Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), and Request for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Drive alignment among global teams (e.g., Design, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Operations, Partnerships, Customer Support, Legal, Advertising) and execute full-lifecycle product delivery
  • Build strong cross-cultural relationships with technical and business stakeholders; use verbal and written communication to influence and align stakeholders on your product roadmap and release plan
  • Develop your product roadmap and manage global stakeholders to keep them apprised of milestones, progress, and results
  • Distill requirements, share feedback, and facilitate verbal and written discussion among technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Use collaborative tools to sketch and define preliminary experiences
  • Prioritize user stories, defects, and enhancements to ensure that the Product team efficiently delivers the Product vision
  • Review product designs and release candidate app builds for colloquial and grammatical correctness
  • Manage app submissions and work through the app store certification process
  • Engage users for feedback and customer support (as needed)
  • Manage global executive stakeholders and keep them apprised of milestones, progress, and results
  • Manage external vendor contracts and legal negotiations (with the support of legal counsel)


  • Work closely with business stakeholders, design, and research teams to build world-class, scalable native applications that can be expanded for multi-tenant use cases
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product team members to define and manage backend services that power Red Bull’s streaming services
  • Analyze and articulate the competitive landscape, evolving and emerging video and TV business models and new technology trends
  • Provide a comprehensive and contemporary view of the rapidly changing digital TV ecosystem
  • Study and assess TV and video viewing behaviors and define target audiences for digital TV and video products
  • Be proactive with using quality of service, app store reviews/ratings and analytic tools to track and improve the performance of products, features and services
  • Maintain strong partner relationships with high-visibility technology companies (e.g., Google, Apple, Facebook)

Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter most for this role)

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management for digital consumer-facing products (Web & Apps), digital strategy or analyst preferred
  • Ability to influence and lead high performing, cross-functional teams
  • Clear and concise communication style that compels to action
  • Outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical skills, and attention to detail
  • Track record of using data and analytics to make product decisions
  • Strong project management skills and ability to present work to executive stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Product Management or Business
  • Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, strategic thinking and communication skills
  • Organized – capable of juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders at once
  • Product Management or Project Management certifications a plus
