Digital Product Manager

Join us and use your skills and expertise to make a difference to the most disadvantaged communities across the UK. As a group of 3 charities, we deliver projects across England covering issues as diverse as homelessness, food poverty, financial education, leadership courses for disadvantaged youth, community cohesion and social isolation, working with partners, community groups, churches and other faith groups. You would be joining at a crucial time for our organisation, as we seek to mainstream the services we developed in response to the Covid 19 pandemic.

As Digital Product Manager, you will lead on digital development across the organisation, supporting us to become a more agile, responsive and user-centred organisation. You will manage and support a number of projects to optimise the use of digital technology to innovate and scale social action solutions and interventions.

This role will be responsible for the development of new digital products that can help transform our programmes for schools, communities and civil society, making use of our current suite of technologies and identifying gaps where new tools would be of benefit. Your first major project would be an overhaul of our Primary School Savings Club platform, working with Fintech providers to modernise our offering.

This is a cross-functional, specialist role that will work across the Programmes Team and alongside external partners to gather user input and ensure that solutions can evolve with the business.

While not all of our programmes are appropriate for digital-only delivery, our ambition is to adopt a digital mindset across everything we do: learning through iteration, being active in our approach, and putting our users at the heart of everything we do.

We are looking for an adaptable digital all-rounder who’s keen to make a real difference to people’s lives, and wants to put your breadth of digital experience to the best possible use.

While this role will work across all 3 charities in the group, CUF as the parent charity will be the legal employer.
