VP Product Management – Digital Health
Reports to: Chief Product Officer
Position: Full-time, salaried
Location: Walnut Creek, CA / Remote (Pacific time hours)

Responsibilities:
• Manage a small cross-functional team, while also maintaining a significant individual contributor role
• Conduct consumer and client interviews to obtain market input and feedback
• Define product roadmap and maintain backlog
• Make data-driven decisions to meet key product metrics for enrollment, adherence, and satisfaction
• Define requirements for the RecoveryOne solution, including member and provider facing applications
• Partner closely with content team, clinical team, design team, and engineering
• Help develop product sales strategy and conduct sales demos
• Develop a keen understanding of our business with a specific focus on acquisition marketing and the member product experience (product journey)
• Present research and insights to all levels of the company and work with cross-functional teams to rapidly execute and iterate
Skills & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or similar degree; or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of experience as a product manager, with 3+ years of experience managing product teams
• Experience with mobile app products
• Experience with B2B2C business models
• Digital health background strongly preferred
• Experience using analytics to drive product decisions
• Communication and cross-team collaboration skills essential
• Continuous learning mindset
• Ability to work independently and operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Fluency with operating in an agile environment and with product management tools
• Knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions a plus
• Position may be remote anywhere in the U.S., but candidate must be willing to work a core hour set from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Pacific time
• Occasional travel to Walnut Creek office and client sites required
