Product Manager

Full-Time London Salary: 40,000-50,000

At Patchwork we’re looking for a Product Manager to join our talent team working on digital solutions for the NHS!

Patchwork is an award-winning digital healthcare solution that was built by doctors, for doctors.

We are revolutionising flexible working in the NHS and are helping NHS organisations save millions (and counting), by connecting them to an increasing number of flexible bank workers. We help  grow their staff banks, remove reliance and spending on locum agencies, and aim to improve the general experience of flexible bank working.

The Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our growing product team where you will be the key driving force, moving Patchwork’s exciting, new Product forward. If you have strong experience in product management and a passion for Health Tech, then this is the role for you.

You will get the opportunity to work with the Product, Engineering, Design, and Ops teams to drive the agile development of our key, new product line for 2021.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and drive the entire new product development process
Act as the single point of contact across the organisation as the product is built & shipped, meeting internal KPIs

Lead sessions with internal teams to define the product to be built through a series of design workshop

Gather requirements – prioritising feature implementation through robust, evidence-based assessment & a consistent focus on solving the most valuable problems

Support the Head of Product to shape the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the product line

Set a team direction with a clear sense of scope, whilst embracing ambiguity and creating a sense of urgency

Drive a range of diverse continuous discovery efforts with customers and external partners

Ensure JIRA projects are well-managed and that tickets are optimised for clarity (through user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.)

Create and set a standard of top calibre product management

Requirements
2+ years in a Product Management role (ideally B2B)
Experience with JIRA and working in an Agile environment.
Previous experience in a fast-growth scale-up/start-up, consulting, or a similar environment
Execution-focused track record, well-organised and with an attention to detail
Strong and efficient communicator, tailored to internal and external stakeholders.
Able to work autonomously with confidence – yet can enable teamwork through effective coordination where necessary
Thrives in ambiguity and understands trade-offs
Analytical, problem-solving mindset and the ability to apply frameworks to make decisions
A quick learner and unafraid to get their hands dirty!

Experience with mobile technologies.

Experience working with engineering teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to juggle projects and deliverables, whilst handling uncertainty.
Based in London/UK and comfortable meeting the team on occasion.
