Product Manager

Full-Time Flexible (London, Cardiff, Glasgow, Sheffield) Salary: £32,000 to £37,000 per annum

The role

The Digital Product team sits within the Digital and Strategic Insight team in the newly formed Fundraising, Communications and Engagement Directorate at Breast Cancer Now.

The Digital Product Manager will oversee the development, delivery, rollout and ongoing maintenance of a wide-range of digital products focusing on delivering our Digital Strategy through ensuring that the products optimise user journeys and conversions.

The role will require you to work collaboratively with various internal teams and across multiple projects to produce digital products of the highest standard to help communicate the work of the organisation. You will need to be able to communicate clearly and set expectations on the delivery of bug fixes and workstreams.

The Digital Product Managers work with our external technical agencies to ensure that requirements are prioritised, clearly scoped and UAT criteria are set to ensure the quality of work.

About you

This role will involve running projects of various sizes so a good working knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile is essential, alongside excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

You will have a passion for all things digital and pro-actively look for opportunities to improve the Digital Products at Breast Cancer Now for our users, based on research, quantitative and qualitative analytics.

You will require a working understanding of Drupal or similar CMSs, as well as a knowledge of analytic systems including Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Hotjar.
