YOUR ROLE
As Senior Product Manager at Workpath you’re responsible for what gets built by the “Team Connect” and that it provides the most value to our customers. Specifically, your team will focus on integrating Workpath seamlessly with the tools our customers use for their project management (Jira, Azure DevOps, …), communicate (MS Teams, Slack, …), and Key Performance Indicators (PowerBI, Salesforce, data lakes, …). By integrating with these tools, your team
- helps automate mundane manual tasks while ensuring data in Workpath stay up-to-date,
- opens up new communication channels and quick access to Workpath for everyone in the organization, and
- most importantly drives Workpath’s access to more and better data from other tools which enables all our other products to become even more valuable and powerful.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Regularly talk to our users and customers (ideally on-site) to truly understand about their issues, pains, and desires and validate solutions and how they course-correct today
- Consult leads and potential customers in the sales process how Workpath can integrate into their IT landscape
- Prioritize what your product team should build next based on qualitative and quantitative insights and your team’s OKRs
- Craft feature concepts and support defining the technical architecture with engineers and designers and facilitate a smooth implementation
- Take an active role in defining your team’s OKRs and strategic direction to realize the vision of becoming the strategy hub, while taking into account user and business needs, competition and market trends
- Provide documentation for new integrations and API endpoints and use cases
- Establish long-term partnerships with our technology partners like Atlassian, Microsoft, Salesforce, …
- Ensure implementation of integrations during customer onboarding
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience in B2B SaaS product management with focus on building APIs and native integrations, preferably with enterprise customers
- Empathic listener, who has a relentless desire to understand customer needs
- Positive, hands-on mentality and the ability for finding creative solutions
- Strategic thinker with a tendency to act
Real passion for supporting organizations to transform into agile and learning networks - Full working proficiency in English (communication and writing), ideally also in German
