Eventbrite has the world’s largest data repository of live events, powering millions of events and hundreds of millions of ticket transactions each year in 170+ countries. You will play a key role in unlocking insights that can drive growth in these unprecedented times.

THE TEAM

The Data Strategy Organization is a cross-functional group of Data Engineers, Scientists, and Analysts who collectively build and maintain data assets for the world’s largest collection of live events. The Product Analytics team at Eventbrite plays a key role in ensuring that our product strategy is data-driven, that we are constantly learning from experimentation, and that we fully understand the impact of our product development efforts.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Product Analyst, you will serve as an analytical partner for the product development teams. You will work closely with both the broader analytics team and the Product and Engineering organizations to ensure that we are making data-driven decisions and increasing the impact of our product development activities. You will have the opportunity to explore our extensive data assets to identify how we can iteratively optimize our product development efforts and maximize our return on investments. Leveraging your technical and analytical skills, you will be asked to evaluate the performance of our product, establish tracking and implement best practices for new and existing features, and build and maintain our operational dashboards. Your insights and data deep dives will be critical inputs in understanding why we have been successful in the past and where we should go to grow the company in the future.

THE SKILL SET

  • 5+ years of quantitative analytics experience
  • 3+ years of working collaboratively with product development teams
  • Advanced querying skills to navigate complex data with confidence
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, statistical concepts, inference, and data visualization
  • Proven ability to prioritize, communicate, and influence cross-functional teams effectively
  • Sharp business judgment and critical-thinking skills
  • Ready to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality
  • Clear and concise communicator capable of articulating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical partners in speaking and writing
  • Comfortable working with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
