The Role:
We’re looking for a passionate, self-starting associate product manager to manage and optimize our triage process. Triage is where our patient experience specialists, pharmacists and clinicians come when they need help with our products and platforms.
Essential Functions:
- Serve as point person for all triage requests
- Investigate requests to determine if they are product and platform-related or are other issues that should be re-routed
- Clearly articulate and detail product and platform requests
- Prioritize requests using data whenever possible
- Work with engineers to resolve requests
- Keep stakeholders informed of requests in progress
- Identify opportunities to improve our triage process
- Identify opportunities to improve our products and platforms

Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 2 years work experience with at least 1 year in a product-related role or working directly with engineers (1 year work experience with a product management certification will be considered)
- Strong technical, project management and communication skills
- Solid understanding of current and evolving technical and digital standards
- Foundational knowledge of modern product management methodologies and tools
