Stride Health is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, and data-driven Product Analyst to own new feature QA, product analytics instrumentation, and KPI reporting. You think strategically about how we instrument the product to better measure success and understand user behavior. You’re passionate about our product, fascinated by our user base, and thrilled by the prospect of joining a fast-growing, and faster-moving team. Sound like you? Read on…
Your Mission
- Own and organize a rigorous quality assurance (QA) process to ensure we’re always delivering high quality releases. This entails working with the Product and Engineering teams to document product flows, test-cases, and perform manual testing
- Build a structure and process around product analytics instrumentation and reporting to ensure we’re regularly evaluating the success of each release. Communicate results clearly to key stakeholders across the business
- Work with our Product Managers to perform ad-hoc analyses to support prioritization of our roadmap and a deeper understanding of user-behavior within our product
- Generate customer insights and think creatively about how we can improve our product experience, deliver these insights to our PM, Design, and Engineering teams, and support the prioritization and delivery of these improvements – this role has the opportunity to grow into a traditional Product Manager over time
