Product Analyst

Stride Health is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, and data-driven Product Analyst to own new feature QA, product analytics instrumentation, and KPI reporting. You love getting to know the ins-and-outs of a product and are obsessed with product quality – you’re just as likely to catch a misplaced comma as a major functional bug. You think strategically about how we instrument the product to better measure success and understand user behavior. You’re willing (and excited!) to roll up your sleeves and perform manual analysis and reporting tasks when needed. You’re passionate about our product, fascinated by our user base, and thrilled by the prospect of joining a fast-growing, and faster-moving team. Sound like you? Read on…

Your Mission

  • Own and organize a rigorous quality assurance (QA) process to ensure we’re always delivering high quality releases. This entails working with the Product and Engineering teams to document product flows, test-cases, and perform manual testing
  • Build a structure and process around product analytics instrumentation and reporting to ensure we’re regularly evaluating the success of each release. Communicate results clearly to key stakeholders across the business
  • Work with our Product Managers to perform ad-hoc analyses to support prioritization of our roadmap and a deeper understanding of user-behavior within our product
  • Generate customer insights and think creatively about how we can improve our product experience, deliver these insights to our PM, Design, and Engineering teams, and support the prioritization and delivery of these improvements – this role has the opportunity to grow into a traditional Product Manager over time

Recipe for Success

  • BA/BS Degree
  • World-class organizational skills and keen attention to detail. You can track multiple deliverables simultaneously and organize testing of complex product flows to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Highly analytical and data-driven. You understand the importance of measuring everything and can think strategically to help the Product team continually evolve our definition of success
  • Ability to work autonomously to understand the needs of the Product and Engineering teams and proactively address them to help the team move faster and more efficiently
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Design, and Marketing. You play nicely with others— always!
  • Willingness to jump in and support cross-functional projects that lack a defined owner but impact our ability to accelerate delivery of product releases
  • Exceptional communication skills with a knack for decomposing problems
  • Entrepreneurial drive, strong desire for ownership, and passion for building delightful consumer product experiences
