Product Manager

Product Managers at Gousto typically split into three core areas – Acquisition, Retention & Customer Case. This role looks after our acquisition area, focused on building world class digital sign up journeys. Product Managers in this space also collaborate closely with our Menu tribe, in order to strategise the experience online for potential customers. The position will report into our Head of Product Growth.

The sign up journeys play a big role in realising Gousto’s dream by promoting and clearly explaining how customers will change how they shop, cook and eat food at home. For this complex and valuable space, we need an amazing product person to work cross-functionally with our marketing team and brand team to realise the domains goals.

Your role is about creating, defining and owning the roadmap for this area, working closely with SEO, Content & various stakeholders to optimise our sign up conversion. Our operation here is extremely cross-functional, product managers liaise often with Engineers, Analysts, Marketeers & commercial stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

Owning the discovery & deliver phases in product
Working and excelling in a cross-functional environment, aligning technical with commercial stakeholder needs
Working closely with A/B testing strategy & results
Shaping the long & short term roadmap for how we better promote & sell out core value proposition to prospective customers
Collaborate with our Lead Engineer to drive flawless execution of your vision, releasing commercial value for Gousto
