As a Product Manager, you will help us build a next-generation suite of tools to enable content and marketing teams to be more productive and increase the ROI of their efforts. In this role you will lead the development of the feature roadmap through user research, analyzing the competition, understanding key SEO and marketing workflows, and architecting a product at the center of it.
Product Managers at Graphite are responsible for architecting our products, and defining the roadmap for our Engineering and Data teams as they develop new features or refining existing ones. You will operate at every level of the product development process, from conception through delivery and iteration.

What you’ll do :
Architecting our Products Suite -You will be defining the product specifications by working cross-functionally with growth, design, and engineering.
You will have to ideate new solutions based on both marketing/SEO constraints and user needs.
Owning the Product Roadmap -You will own the product roadmap and will have to define a clear path towards building a product that is feasible, valuable, and usable.
You will have to clearly communicate new product ideas and their value to our product team and internal partners.
You will define and own the KPIs for your product area and will be responsible for the success of the product.
Manage the Product Development Process -You will act as a key liaison between our internal product development team and business stakeholders, own communication & reporting on product status, deliverables, key decisions, and action items.
You will drive the iteration process by creating a feedback loop leveraging feedback from our users as well as the outcomes of the marketing strategies created using our products.
Required:
Experience:4+ years of product management experience in a technical, data-oriented environment or equivalent experience. Former startup founders preferred.
Experience building and launching SaaS or consumer products required.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent related professional experience.
Collaboration Skills:Ability to partner closely with our engineering, data analytics, UX/UI designers to find creative solutions to address customer needs.
Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members, people love working with you.
Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional geographically disparate teams.
Communication Skills:Very fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Great executive presence, and a strong ability to influence, collaborate with, and manage remote teams.
Impact Driven:Self-driven with a bias for action.
Proven track record managing multiple project deadlines in a cross-functional environment.
Entrepreneurial Mindset:Ability to work independently with minimal instructions.
Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
