In this role you will lead the development of products in our digital portfolio and manage their implementation and ongoing optimisation throughout the product lifecycle. You will be our internal and external champion of digital. Our existing products in this space include customer care over social media and web chat; with chat-bots and robotic process automation on the near horizon. What new product will you pioneer with our clients?
To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to:
• define the product strategy and roadmap for customer experience based digital products
•collaborate on (or develop) the go-to-market plan and strategy, including product messaging, positioning, product launches, packaging and pricing
•deliver business cases/scoping documents and work with internal & external stakeholders to assess partnerships and opportunities
•show a strong understanding of customer problems, strategic drivers to set clear goals, define problem statements and deliver relevant solutions to clients
•demonstrate well-developed communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with an ability to influence, persuade, build and maintain relationships in the B2B space
•keep ahead of digital trends and innovation, especially in the BPO/CX industry
•demonstrate management skills
