The SOLIDWORKS Product Manager will develop strategy, metrics, plans and processes to achieve the three year transformation of the SOLIDWORKS brand from Product to Platform. This will involve working cross functionally with the Sales, Finance, Marketing, R&D and Customer Success teams. This position will be based in Waltham, MA.
What will your role be?
Collaborate with finance and leverage KAPIs and Data Analytics to document the state of the business and identify patterns along all dimensions quarterly
Churn Analysis, Revenue, User Counts
Collaborate with R&D on user lifecycle event definition
Develop Targeted Marketing Strategies for Growth, Acquisition, Retention and Engagement.
Identify value-up and value-wide opportunities and programs
Review and develop Cloud and Online adoption and sales strategies
Document Playbooks for customer and partner facing sales and services teams
Utilize Online Engagement Model Strategies to define opportunities for business transformation
Your Key Success Factors
Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative field
5+ years of experience in Product Management across the full Software Development Lifecycle and particularly with New Product Launches. SaaS, Cloud and Web Application knowledge is required.
Experience defining and tracking data analytics including testing, experimentation and optimization.
Able to navigate the challenges of technological disruption. Experience with Change Management
Strong financial acumen and understanding of general finance concepts and practices
