Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, business, and technical partners to draft technical requirements based on business requirements.
- Write user stories based on technical requirements with clear acceptance criteria
- Groom and prioritize the product backlog.
- Actively participate in daily scrum standup with onshore and offshore teams to effectively communicate the work to be performed by the technical team.
- Act as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with QA engineers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth deployments.
- Assist the scrum/product development team to meet the objectives of each sprint
- Write technical API documentation in support of our developer portal.
- Utilize data, analysis, and user feedback to make decisions and influence others.
- Conduct market research to understand the integration needs of the target market.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate in Engineering/Technical Field Preferred
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience as a Technical Product
- Owner on a cross-functional software development team in an Agile SaaS environment is required
- Proven experience creating effective business requirements and user stories
- Knowledge and experience with integration patterns and API design with REST.
- Experience with JIRA, Swagger and building Postman collections preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with integration platforms such as Informatica, MuleSoft, etc. preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, including ability to write technical requirements and technical documentation.
- Detail oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure smooth delivery.
- Strong conceptual grasp of technology with a successful history of managing all stages of the product life cycle and delivering technical projects.
- Self-starter capable of working independently.
- Comfort with ambiguity; demonstrated track record of developing solutions to problems.
- Proven decision-making, problem solving, and analytical skills.
