Product Manager – Web /Publishing

We are looking for a user centric Product Manager to own, prioritise and deliver a roadmap of features and new products to achieve our business goals. Working with stakeholders across Commercial, Editorial, Marketing, Sales and Business Intelligence you’ll define your short and longer term focus.  You will be allocated a dedicated development squad and have access to in-house UX & Design and SEO teams.

What you’ll need to be successful in the role:

Hands on experience in prioritising features and roadmaps with senior stakeholders
Able to write hypotheses, user stories, acceptance criteria and UX/Design briefs
Strong data skills (including Google Analytics), challenging the performance of any feature and its value against an agreed hypothesis
Communicate with senior stakeholders on development progress, blockages, opportunities and validated success.
Examples of successful products launched and supported
An understanding of lean principles within the development process, eliminating waste, iterating and measuring success and value
Previously worked within an embedded delivery team
Involved in the whole SDLC, from concept to launch and beyond
Previous work with external suppliers and potential partners

It’d be great if you also had….

User testing (A/B, MVT) experience
Search engine optimisation knowledge
Experience in Jira, Trello and data visualisation
Ecommerce product funnel conversion and optimisation experience
Pitched data backed product ideas to senior stakeholders
Lean and business canvas writing experience
Automotive experience or interest
