We are looking for an experienced User Researcher that has strong experience of working in an agile way, with a strong understanding of personas, user journeys. How to conduct research, can prototype designs, is highly organised and that has exemplary written and communication skills and someone that is collaborative and wants to be part of a wider user research community to identify opportunities for improvement with in user journeys and experience. Profusion are a leading provider of Data services and Consultancy and we work a number of high profile clients from HSBC, Rolls Royce, Majestic wine through to governmental departments on digital and data transformations. We are currently working with a high profile government department on some existing internal projects for their team and we are looking for an outstanding User Researcher to conduct research with key domestic & overseas staff and identified key stakeholders, with the objective of understanding current pain points & opportunities arising across the existing Joiner, Mover & Leaver (JML) journeys. This is an exciting role and some of the key responsibilities will be • Developing personas and user journeys based on research and improving and annotating them with feedback from research sessions • Test prototype designs with users & gather feedback. • Other research into the impacts of joiner, leaver and mover process on other parts of the business and areas for improvement • Synthesise findings & contribute outcomes of research & recommendations to encourage uptake and adoption • Work in a truly agile way with the relevant teams and priorities that have been set • You will need good attention to detail and be able to ensure you consistently follow user research discovery standards within the department you are working • You will also be part of a wider user research community and have an opportunity to contribute more widely in the role In summary we are looking for an experience User Researcher that has strong experience of working in an agile way, with a strong understanding of personas, user journeys.
