We’re looking for a proactive Senior Delivery Manager to ensure that Cluedin delivers maximum value for our customers.

We are on a mission, as we believe the biggest problems in the world can be solved using Data, and want to give people and businesses access to clean, well governed and easy-to-access data, so it is ready and formatted for consuming platforms and users.
With a presence in Denmark, Australia and the UK we have recently secured series A funding of $15million which will allow us to scale up the business as we now enter a very exciting time in our journey. After having 100% YoY growth between 2020-2021, over the next 6 months we plan to double our headcount and 3x our growth over the next 18 months.
The Role
Reporting to the COO you will come into the business as the 1st person responsible for customer success and building long-lasting customer relationships. We also operate a partnership model so the role would also be responsible for enabling our partners to provide successful customer projects with Cluedin.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage CluedIn’s engagement on customer projects, working with the key stakeholders to ensure that the project is planned according to CluedIn’s best practices.
Ensure the optimal planning and allocation of resources across the customer projects you are responsible for.
Be the point of contact and escalation for all customer and partner enquiries on the projects.
Be the ambassador and facilitator of CluedIn toward the customers and partner.
Help to create, maintain, enforce and validate a CluedIn delivery model with our customer engagement teams, and partner network.
Work with customers to ensure customer value and success, and ensure we have happy customers who refer us to others.
Provide requirements and input to the product roadmap, based on customer experience and requests
About You
Essential:
The ideal candidate could have 4 years+ project management experience at a partner or software vendor, or equivalent customer success or delivery manager experience at a software vendor.
Experience working with enterprise organizations, and with technical or data projects.
Agile project management experience and skills
Ability to manage multiple projects.
Understanding of or a strong interest in data and data management
Desirable:
Superior internal and external stakeholder management and communication skills.
Excellent at motivating teams.
Experience working at a high growth start/scale up business
