As Lattice grows, we’re looking for a product leader who will play an important role in guiding overall product direction and growth of the product team. You will be responsible for owning the product strategy for a portfolio of products. This is a unique opportunity to develop the product culture to support the next several years as we rapidly scale. In this capacity, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of product managers as we cement our position as the category leader. If you see the potential of how delightful people management tools can transform a business, this role is for you. In it, you will:
Scale, manage and lead an engaged and impactful team of product managers, helping grow them into the next generation of product leadership at Lattice.
Develop a multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area
Spend a significant amount of time with our customers and prospects to inform our product vision and roadmap. Support and inspire your team to do the same as they as they define, plan, and prioritize our product work
Partner with leadership across our EPD organization to ensure we are developing our platform on common primitives with high degrees of product interoperability
Drive the definition and execution of the roadmap for your expanding surface area such that we’re continuously increasing customer value and creating sustainable product differentiation
Work closely with our President/Chief Product Officer and Lattice’s leadership more broadly
We are looking for someone who has a combination of the following:
Proven track record of supporting high-performing teams with a track record of developing products with best-in-class customer experiences
7+ years of progressive experience in product management, including 3+ years experience managing PMs (ideal candidate will also have experience with PM managers reporting to them)
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a talent for succinctly articulating customer challenges
Relentless determination to do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful

You have excitement for building up teams. You enjoy hiring and tuning the process to identify talent from diverse backgrounds.

You have an eye for great products and can work with engineers, designers and fellow product managers to effectively deliver them.
You have experience overseeing the product decision-making process across multiple teams.
Preferably, you have entrepreneurial experience of some form including executing quickly on greenfield product opportunities
Preferably, you have professional experience with multi-product, B2B SaaS applications
