ICANotes of Annapolis, MD is looking to hire an energetic and enthusiastic Product Manager to drive story and product development. This role is part of a team of Product Managers which manage the company’s roadmap for their EMR/EHR. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PRODUCT MANAGER

Gather requirements for product and align with overall product and business goals
Develop well written detailed stories in Jira
Participate actively in scrum ceremonies to contribute to the overall goal and direction of the team
Synthesize customer research; collect quantitative and qualitative data
Working with internal and external stakeholders to identify user needs and collaborating with UX designers and software developers to further develop stories and features
Meeting regularly with support, sales, marketing, and development to capture updates, new user needs, and to provide deliverables cross-functionally
Collaborate with product managers on backlog refinement, user story development, and other areas as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR PRODUCT MANAGEMENT TEAM

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience developing high quality user stories and documentation to drive development of key features OR 2 years of experience as a mental health provider with <1 year
experience writing user stories
Experience working cross-functionally with Developers, Designers, Marketing, Customers, and other internal teams to ensure stories meet specific requirements
Proven experience writing excellent comprehensive stories for development
Outstanding communication skills
Bias to action: You'd prefer to iterate and take action now, instead of waiting for something to be 100% perfect. You seek feedback and collaboration parallel to taking action.
Certified Scrum Product Owner certification is a plus
Minimum of 1 year of experience in agile product management methodologies a plus
Domain knowledge in behavioral/mental health, medical practice operations, clinical, and/or practice management is a plus.
