Due to our continued growth we now have an opportunity for a passionate product manager to join our team. You’ll have responsibility for evolving some of our latest product ideas through concept to delivery as well as working with our users to explore new user value.
As product manager you will focus on understanding the Brightmile products, our ideal user journey and combining that with understanding in-depth the needs of our customers to define product requirements and ensure they deliver in a way that maximises the value to our users.
You will work closely with the Brightmile leadership team in ensuring the Brightmile product evolves and is delivering to our vision as we move through an exciting growth phase.
Requirements
- Demonstrable previous experience as a product manager or product owner within a SaaS tech, or start-up technology environment.
- Familiar working with both mobile and web based products.
- Passionate about delivering a world class product partnering with clients to understand their needs and support them in achieving their goals.
- Strong attention to detail and organised by nature.
- Ability to work with the Brightmile Chief Operating Officer and the development team to translate user needs into deliverable product value.
- Empathetic, resilient self-starter ready to hit the ground running.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. A second language to business level would also be advantageous with our global customer base.
- Whatever it takes attitude.
- Experienced with the customer delivery of SaaS and Mobile solutions and able to build expert working knowledge of technology solutions.
- Strong experience working in an agile product development environment.
- Experience as a driver with a full driving license would certainly be a plus in understanding our user needs.
Brightmile was already a geographically spread team in 2020 and we have now adopted a fully virtual office. We operate a flexible working policy as productivity doesn’t come from chaining people to their desks! Candidates must be UK based and will be comfortable and have the right environment to work effectively remotely. We will host periodic company and product meetups so being able to travel to London/South with relative ease would be preferred.
