About the role
We are looking for a data-driven product manager to lead product strategy and management for the supply side of our marketplace. You should possess an analytical background and have experience developing creative programs and launching new product features across web, iOS, and Android. You will own the seller funnel, define new product features to achieve supply goals, and work with design and engineering to get these features implemented. You are a strong communicator, capable of interfacing with stakeholders across the company. You will be actively be involved in defining priorities, timeline and processes around product releases. You are organized, analytical, data-driven, and, most importantly, a team player.

 

Responsibilities
● Build, monitor, and analyze supply metrics
● Conduct data-driven industry research and design new programs to drive more supply on the marketplace
● Work closely with engineering and design teams; lead regular meetings to keep
the teams on track
● Define the supply side product roadmap, coordinate new feature implementation (across all platforms), and set priorities

  • Lead the product work for supply side partnerships
    ● Coordinate releases across teams to push the product across the finish line
    ● Monitor release metrics, identify and report on any key issues post-release
    ● Dogfood the product on a daily basis to identify potential improvements

Requirements
● Analytical background (product management, management consulting, data science)
● 4+ years overall work experience with 2+ years specifically in product management
● Capacity to think across multiple product dimensions
● Understanding of UX patterns across various platform
● Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once
● Excellent writing and communication skills
● Strong analytical skills and ability to process complex metric funnels
● Outgoing, motivated, and collaborative
● Results oriented – have a “do what it takes” mentality
