App Annie Labs), which is tasked with uncovering new market opportunities and developing new products for App Annie, testing them with customers, and ultimately driving the innovation and future growth of the company. I work together with early access customers, product managers, engineers, and data scientists to create our newest state-of-the-art products.”

You will be responsible for and take pride in….

Proactively thinking of ways to grow our business through great user experiences.
Leading design sprints.
Working with Full Stack Engineers to code front end components, as needed.
Partnering with Product Management and conducting user research to deeply understand our customer’s goals and needs.
Prototyping quickly.
Grounding your designs on customer and user insights.
Leading focused design workstreams with complex scope. Every design element has a reason.
Having a strategic and smart approach – with fast iterations based on early access customer feedback, you’re able to find the best solution.

You should recognize yourself in the following…

At least 5 years of relevant professional design experience working on SaaS products.
Coding experience in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a must.
You have good business sense; you understand how UX impacts product success.
Energy and creativity are key characteristics that describe you and the work you do. You just make it happen. Boom!
You are passionate about the latest design trends, and have a solid understanding of UX best practices.
You have an inspiring portfolio showing us how (and why) you have designed impactful solutions.
You have a solid understanding of interface mechanics – you just get it!
You have experience in design sprints. Meaning, you only need a week of teamwork to map, sketch, decide, prototype, and test. Go!
You manage stakeholders with ease and you are not afraid to take a stand and defend your designs.
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
