Digital Product Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Product Manager to lead one of our Product Squads. You will ideally have strong experience in Acquisition / Growth teams and can Identify our prospective customers and their needs to define and shape our Acquisition products and journeys.

About the role.

The Digital Product Manager is a critical role of influence working across the Which? organisation. Accountable for the performance of a specific area of the product portfolio and its ongoing development against clear measurable outcomes. Working in close collaboration with the Head of Product to provide leadership and direction across the team.

You’ll proactively seek opportunities to enhance and influence the understanding of product management and its application across Which?. As such, you’ll be a true advocate for our discipline championing innovation mindsets and behaviours.

You’ll spot opportunities, follow external developments, trends and relevant communities and will bring the outside in wherever possible.

In order to achieve all of the above, we’ll need you to have:

5+ years in Product Management ‘doing’ role(s)
5+ years of applied Agile experience
Proven experience of delivering a Product Strategy / Vision
Experience in defining and tracking success metrics (OKRs or similar outcome focused measures)
A/B split testing, optimisation and hypothesis driven development expertise
A solid understanding of fundamental technical principles
Proven experience of launching new products / services to market
Product delivery team leadership
