Senior Product Manager – FinTech

As a Senior Product Manager on the Quoting Experience Team, you will help us create a frictionless, transparent, flexible and personalized quoting experience that places the HubSpot customer at its heart. The Quoting Experience Team owns the quoting and approvals experience for HubSpot serving two core customers: the HubSpot sales rep and the HubSpot external customer. As HubSpot continues to scale we seek to enable a delightful quoting experience that spans different segments, buyers, markets, and regions. The person joining at this very critical juncture will help us evolve our quoting experience to ensure we’re providing one of the most delightful sales experiences in SaaS no matter the budget.

In this role you’ll get to:

Own the product strategy and development of HubSpot’s quoting and approvals experience
Partner with sales leadership to identify the top customer and rep pain points in our quoting experience and identify opportunities for innovation
Utilize research and analytics to iterate on the existing quoting and approvals experience to build more delightful end-user experiences and enable greater efficiencies in the end-to-end quoting process
Connect with the customers to identify insights to drive decisions that will impact the future of quoting in all parts of our platform
Define, measure, and monitor key performance indicators for quoting and approvals changes
Evaluate opportunities for more scalable systems and ways of operating to create more capacity on the team to innovate on quoting at a high frequency
Represent the quoting and approvals roadmap to key stakeholders across all levels of HubSpot.
Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, business intelligence, legal, finance, and security to deliver flexible and durable solutions to our customers and reps
Present findings and preparing strategy recommendations to executive stakeholders
Help drive the overall vision and strategy for the team alongside key partners and stakeholders

We are looking for people who have:

Successfully shipped products and who have partnered with with engineers, designers, and other product leaders to drive product improvement and new features
A data- and hypothesis-driven approach to problem solving
A creative approach to connecting customer feedback to product development
Experience leading through influence, won’t hesitate to ask for and offer help and thrive in a results-driven culture
An empathetic cross-team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
Driven by proven results and success metrics / growth minded
Excellent prioritizer and able to defend decisions against business goals / metrics
Experience managing multiple projects and work streams across multiple teams
Ability to influence at all layers of HubSpot’s organization
Ability to navigate highly complex and ambiguous problem spaces
Confidence in representing the product organization internally and externally
Experience working directly on quoting, contracts, or quote-to-cash processes – a plus
