Senior Product Manager – Growth Adoption/Onboarding

As a Senior Product Manager on the Growth Onboarding Core & Adoption Backend teams, you will help users new to HubSpot learn how the platform will transform the way they work everyday. A delightful and impactful product-led onboarding is critical to HubSpot success as we scale both in the retail and upmarket segments. We want this position to be the go-to for all things customer onboarding across the organization, but you don’t have to know it all yet. We’ll help you get there! You will lead the development of HubSpot product-led onboarding system.

In this role you’ll get to:

Own the product strategy and development of HubSpot product-led onboarding system experienced by thousands of users daily.
Using product experimentation, identify and validate hypotheses towards helping users adopt HubSpot on their own.
Partner and support other Growth Onboarding and Product teams in their efforts to help users with their onboarding/adoption needs by becoming the go-to expert of HubSpot onboarding
Connect with the customers to identify insights to drive decisions that will impact the future of onboarding in all parts of our platform.
Utilize research and analytics to build delightful and innovative products that continue to delight customers

We are looking for people who have:

Successfully shipped products and who have partnered with with engineers, designers, and other product leaders to drive product improvement and new features
Experience in Product Growth is a plus
A data- and hypothesis-driven approach to problem solving
A creative approach to connecting customer feedback to product development
Experience leading through influence, won’t hesitate to ask for and offer help and thrive in a results-driven culture
