We are seeking an innovative senior product marketing manager to improve our company’s marketing strategies and competitiveness.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Represent the voice of the customer – before, during and after launch,
- Clearly articulate product value in a way that resonates with the market, and
- Drive product adoption and advocacy.

- Influence Platform Vision, Strategy, GTM and SDA to CloudBees Platform transformation
- Planning, implementing and managing the evolving platform GTM strategy
- Analyzing marketing strategies to identify new opportunities.
- Developing B2B marketing strategies.
- Liaising with management, marketing, sales, and product teams to refine the platform vision and get buy-in.
- Partnering with Product in developing and launching new product lines and identifying new customers.
- Establishing targeted customer and industry partnership networks.
- Monitoring key marketing metrics and developing market segmentation models.
- Performing competitor analysis toward an increased market share.
- Incorporating emerging solutions and advancements in new products.
- Customer Experience
- Influence and help shape the end-to-end customer experience
- Integrating user and customer-experience feedback in product updates and innovation to influence customer brand impressions.
- Sales Enablement
- Communicate the value proposition of our products to the sales team
- Develop sales tools that support the selling process
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate a great track record in managing product marketing and interpreting marketing metrics. Senior product marketing managers act as brand ambassadors and capitalize on customer behavior and market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, business development, or similar.
- Demonstrable experience in product marketing and innovation.
- 5+ years of enterprise software product marketing experience with at least 2 years experience in a field facing role
- Very strong written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Willing to travel 25%
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties
PREFERRED:
- Master’s degree in business administration preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience as a senior product marketing manager in a related industry.
- Advanced knowledge of consumer behavior sciences and marketing strategies.
- A technical background is a plus, with familiarity in Kubernetes, Docker, CloudNative Application development paradigms.
