We are looking for an inspirational and exceptional Product Manager to lead all of our customer interface initiatives including reports, tools, and our skimlinks.com website.
This exciting role will involve the following:

Conceptualise, launch and optimise technology products

Full ownership of Skimlinks Interfaces and user experience across the Skimlinks product suite

Understand client needs and feedback from the Skimlinks sales team to conceptualise tools and reports that meet both explicit requests and unspoken customer needs.

Engage closely with the engineering and design teams to build interfaces, which are not just functional, but exceptional with an aesthetic and usability that delights our publishers and their users

Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy to all levels of the organization

Lead all stakeholders – including senior executives – through prioritization process, as well as, product reviews before/during/after development

Be on the forefront of new developments in technology, advertising, and online shopping

Perform analysis on existing product performance and engagement metrics, as well as, assess competitive landscape and viability for new initiatives

About you

Minimum requirements:

You have experience managing a technology product end-to-end

You have experience working closely with engineers and designers in the agile methodology

You have a strong understanding of UI/UX, software design, and the product development process

You have coding or database experience
-
You have launched products which have measurably improved revenue or engagement related metrics
-
You have a burning desire to work in a startup that is making waves in the online publishing and affiliate marketing world.
Preferred Qualifications:

You have experience in management or leadership

You have an entrepreneurial drive with appreciation of user-experience, business, and commercial issues.
