Intel is seeking a highly qualified candidate to join the Team Zero Program Office (TZPO) in our Accelerated Computing, Systems & Graphics Group, and Software Group (AXG) as a Graphics Customer Program Manager. We’re looking for a motivated, passionate and talented engineer to lead our Graphics Customer Program Management Office team. In this role, you will work directly with our business partners & clients to ensure deliverables fall within the customer requirements and manage customer related project activities to meet business goals of Intel’s Graphics product line and ensure successful project execution. You will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project. Customer obsession and a wide degree of creativity & latitude are expected.
We are looking for a Graphics Core Team Lead to join our team. The Core Team Lead will be responsible for overall Program Steering Program Strategic Discussions top issues risks and executive messaging. A critical part of their role will include external facing decisions and messaging and decisions impacting multiple programs along with customer request escalations. In addition you will help us with the following responsibilities.
Plans provides resources for and directs activities in engineering function to meet schedules standards and cost
Cultivates and reinforces appropriate group values norms and behaviors
Identifies and analyzes problems plans tasks and solutions
Provides guidance on employee development performance and productivity issues
Plans and schedules daily tasks uses judgement on a variety of problems requiring deviation from standard practices
Strong influencing and stake holder management skills Excellent executive communication skills
Solid track record of collaboration and building and strengthening partnerships
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to lead and work effectively with a team

Some amount of travel may be required for this position
Qualifications
Minimum skills and experience:
Bachelors degree with 20 years of experience or a Masters degree with 15 years of experience
Your experience should be in the following
Program Management Experience with expert level skills in data collection management and interpretation
Familiarity with Product Lifecycle process
Technical Engineering background Schedule Management and Risk management
