Full-Time Anywhere

• Understand our Founders vision and the company mission, and seek to embody this in product enhancements and new products.
• Be an expert on the market including who the buyers are, how they buy and why.
• Represent the customer (be a proxy) within the development process.
• Drive action throughout the organisation to get new products and enhancements to market.
• Own and manage the product roadmap; maintain and prioritise the product backlog. Plan and carry out product launches, and track releases.
• Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues.
• Write requirements for product additions and changes.
• Provide STEER sales and marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages, including collateral and sales tools that support the selling process.
• Provide STEER consultants (educationalists who work to support our schools to get best use of STEER) with product guidance and leadership.
• Support the engineering team with questions and clarifications.
