Senior Product Manager – Customer Security & Identity Domain

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Customer Security & Identity team 👤🔐 at Delivery Hero. They’re focused on that delicate balance of account security and a great user experience.

The role requires someone comfortable straddling the technical intricacies of security consumer with the customer-focus of a consumer PM – supporting over 21 markets and millions of customers around the world. It’s a great opportunity to work with an amazing team and growth the domain together.

Registration and login are foundational to our success as an organisation so finding the right human is key (yes, we can offer bad security puns 🔑)

The domain is currently two squads but with the plans to expand this to 5 teams by the end of the year. It’s a great opportunity for anyone looking to develop their own skills in organisational growth and leading a broader domain.

Access Management experience is not required, however, experience working in high regulation domains where security is a key focus (health, finance, payments etc) is appreciated. A Product Mindset and systems thinking approach are essential.

Your mission

  • Own product vision, goals, strategy and roadmaps for the Customer Identity and Platform Security Teams, and be accountable for a clear set of business and product metrics.
  • Work closely with stakeholders in the Europe and APAC regions to ensure local needs and requirements are met
  • Work closely with colleagues from security and compliance to ensure that customer data is treated with the respect that it deserves
  • Manage the roadmap for new features related to the customer experience on the platform
  • Help drive the security of the platform, including working with the penetration testing team

Your heroic skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience building/shipping technical products;
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant level experience in product management;
  • Experience creating strategic product roadmaps, and working with cross-functional teams;
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority;
  • Data-driven and passionate about testing and finding the optimal solution
