Come join the France Product team as a Growth Product Manager for our QuickBooks products. In this role, you will be in charge of maximizing the value our products deliver to customers by overseeing the end-to-end customer experience and improving 3rd party apps’ selection and discoverability. This role is ideal for someone with excellent customer empathy, deep dive and experimentation skills. It requires a close collaboration with multiple product teams and business stakeholders to build a holistic vision about the product ideal state.

You will be passionate about your craft, as well as wanting to embed yourself in the business and aligning to Intuit’s business strategy.
What you’ll bring
Data-driven and experiment-focused: you are able to take complex ambiguous problems and structure them into hypotheses. You are comfortable running experiments (from ‘fake’ doors to A/B testing) to validate hypotheses and generate improvement opportunities.
Prioritization: you excel at defining what success looks like for each identified opportunity and using data to inform main priorities
Customer obsession: like us, you fall in love with customers’ problems and want to leverage Intuit’s proven frameworks to build delightful experiences
Cross-team collaboration: you are comfortable working with and influencing teams across multiple functions (marketing, sales, data analytics, CS, etc.) and locations
Communication: you have a clear verbal and written communication to drive alignment with multiple stakeholders
How you will lead
Maximize the value our products deliver to customers by overseeing the ‘horizontal’ product experience across our ecosystem of products, including 3rd party apps
Identify, validate and deliver new use cases in the product to improve customer experience, drive increase in customer engagement and retention and improve monetization
Use multiple Voice of the Customer sources to identify in-product experience gaps or in-product friction. Work with local and core product teams to improve in-product experience.
Develop a vision for experimentation to drive growth from within the product. Design and ship a framework to product growth experiments and improvements.
Analyze existing 3rd party apps and their performance. Work with product partnerships team on improving selection and discoverability of the apps.
Work with internal core teams on bringing global experiences into the market. Work with in-market teams on initiatives to improve customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
