Product Manager, Technical – International Expansion (EMEA Time Zone – Remote)

Printify will use this investment to further expand its marketplace and to hire the best talents available around the world.

The Role

Product managers at Printify are the essential drivers for our product vision and strategy and aim at delivering high-value solutions for both merchants & print providers.

At Printify we are continuously expanding. We are looking for a customer-obsessed and innovative Product Manager to keep our customer experience when we are expanding across the world.

The International Expansion Product Manager will lead a cross-functional team to bring Printify products to new regions, as well as to identify and execute on strategic opportunities that drive both local and global metrics.

You must be an ambitious self-starter with proven analytical capabilities, sound technical knowledge, a strategic mindset, broad business experience and capable to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive start-up environment.

As well you will connect the technical and business worlds, working closely with engineers, designers, data scientists, researchers and business leaders to build products and guide them throughout the execution cycle, building, positioning, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

Note for Printify senior roles
We support remote work, and this role can be held from any country in an EMEA time zone, where the majority of the team is based.
Within the right time zones, employees can work from any country where they have the right to work.
For candidates with no right to live and work in any EMEA country, Printify could provide relocation to Latvia or Estonia, provided the candidate meets immigration criteria set by those countries.

Your responsibilities

  • You will lead international efforts to identify growth opportunities across Printify’s products and services, in partnership with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • You will utilize deep product knowledge and focused data analysis to execute on the opportunities that you identify and deliver both global and local wins
  • You will collaborate cross functionally with the legal, finance, business, marketing, program management, design, engineering, and other product teams to launch new products and services in new markets large and small
  • You will create plans that have clear, measurable success criteria
  • Coordinate and motivate a team of engineers and other cross-functional representatives while maintaining team health
  • Make appropriate trade-offs between business and technical constraints, clearly communicating goals, roles, and responsibilities
  • Frequently identify significant product, organizational, and process opportunities and drive them to production, without the need of explicit direction


Minimum qualifications or ‘what you must have’

  • Extended experience with product management
  • Extended experience with user feedback implementation and analysis, as well as experience building products to address the feedback collected
  • Track record for delivering quality products on time
  • Experience of going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution


Preferred qualifications ‘what we would like you to have’

  • Experience working in or with eCommerce or online marketplace companies
  • Experience working with a diverse team of engineers, product managers, data analysts, and senior leaders
  • Passion for understanding complex problems and driving high-quality and innovative technical solutions
  • Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience
  • General knowledge of software engineering best practices including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
  • Excellent quantitative problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English
