Product Manager

At Cutover, we’re focused on helping Enterprise teams move quickly with confidence, so we’ve built the world’s first enterprise-wide work orchestration and observability platform that enables seamless human and machine collaboration. This year we announced a $35 million Series B financing round led by Eldridge (alongside existing investors Index Ventures, Sussex Place Ventures, and Contour Ventures) and we’re thrilled to be embarking on our next exciting chapters of growth.

What does this role mean to us?

As we grow the product organisation, we have identified the need for a new squad to focus on the leadership and delivery of expanding our current set of use cases within Cutover.

This new squad will need a Product voice to align the business and be a key component in creating, prioritising, and owning the new squad backlog. Reporting to the Head of Product Management, this role will partner with Engineering, Design & UX, CS, and Sales to deliver value for our users as we drive forward in the Enterprise Workplace Orchestration and Observability space.

This role will require someone to come in and get knowledgeable about our customers fast. Ideally, this person will be experienced in working in agile teams and familiar with the role of a product owner.

What will you be doing as our Product Manager?

Providing alignment through structured thinking and servant leadership to bring the customer’s voice into everything the squad works on.
Collaborating closely with Technology Leadership (Director of Engineering, Head of Product, etc) and your peer Product Managers on strategic projects.
Growing into becoming the SME for the squad; ultimately means continuous research and analysis to inform the “where” the team should go next based on the product strategy outlined by the CPO and guided by the HoP.
Owning and evolving the backlog providing documentation and being responsible for defining and validating solutions.
Fostering a healthy feedback culture and striking the right balance between the needs of the customers and the needs of Cutover.
What we’d like you to bring to the table…

You’ll have some experience as a Product Manager; if you’ve worked as a PM in an Enterprise SaaS company, that’s a huge bonus.
You’re technically adept and are able to demonstrate that you’re used to being a credible thought partner to engineering teams.
You’ll have experience playing a key role in the definition, creation, and maintenance of a product backlog.
Data will be part of your DNA: you’ll be able to share stories of you working to constantly define, monitor, investigate and respond to adoption and engagement metrics of products you’ve been working on.
Empathy, communication, and the ability to not be wedded to any solution without thinking it through first.

The good stuff…

You’ll be given a solid compensation plan. We want all of our team members to feel a genuine sense of ownership in what we’re building here at Cutover. We’re excited to offer Share Options as part of our compensation package.
