Product Manager

Bokksu is a trailblazing D2C brand delivering artisanal Japanese snacks to customers in over 100 countries around the world. Featured in CNN, WSJ, BuzzFeed, and Mashable, Bokksu partners directly with centuries-old family snackmakers in Japan to live out our mission of bridging people and sustaining culture through authentic food and media. Looking forward, Bokksu is seeking an all-star Senior Product Owner or Product Manager to operate within our core business as well as join as an early employee of a new and well-funded stealth business line to expand into ethnic grocery delivery. This role will have significant visibility with the organization, report directly into the executive team, and build out a team of product managers and engineers.

What You’ll Do…

Lead and advise product team and software engineers to develop products that not only surprise and delight customers but drive topline growth and strong NPS scores
Establish and drive the execution of cross-platform (web, mobile) product strategies that enable a cutting edge shopping experience for our customers.
Communicate and collaborate closely across the organization to ensure that the product offerings address customer requirements and market dynamics.
Set aggressive yet realistic and practical goals for the team with clear objectives regarding measurement, results, and accountability of actions.
Continue to innovate to ensure that Bokksu has the best shopping interface, creating a best in class user experience for our current and future customers.
Help define and execute the growth strategy for Shopping over the near, mid, and long term future, establishing opportunities for launching into new markets domestically and across the globe.
Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations to pursue in future products.

What You’ll Need…

3+ years of experience in product management with a focus on building world class digital consumer products, preferably in e-commerce and across mobile and web
1+ years of experience as a software engineer or in a technical discipline is ideal
Has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in Computer Science
