Growth Marketing Manager

Bokksu is seeking an all-star Growth Marketing Associate/Manager, based in our NYC HQ, who will work closely with the executive team.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Manage paid social and paid search, and test new experimental channels across digital and offline
Collaborate with leadership to set reasonable and achievable forecasts related to customer acquisition volume, efficiency (LTV:CAC), and attribution
Analyze performance data, and develop a growth roadmap for testing
Directly report to senior management and work cross-functionally with engineering, creative, external partners, and the rest of marketing analytics.
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

3-4+ years of digital/growth marketing experience at an agency, DTC, or venture backed tech brand
Experience managing one of the following paid media channels: Facebook, Google, Amazon, or influencer/affiliate programs as well as familiarity with Google Analytics
Java/HTML, SQL, Python are pluses, but by no means necessary
A “no task is too small” attitude
And, lastly a love for all things Japan and/or e-commerce related
