Within our customer organization, the types of individual we interact with are usually across the entire IT Management space, including but not limited to CIO/CTO, Strategy & Transformation, Enterprise Architects and related architecture disciplines (Application, Technical, Network, Data), Business Analysts, Process Owners etc.

You will be working as part of the Product Management team managing Orbus Software’s flagship SaaS product, iServer365, reporting to the Head of Product and assisting them in defining strategies, mentoring more junior team members and delivering on key projects.

Key Requirements:

Approx. 5 years’ experience in a Product Management position
Understanding of the application development process from requirements gathering though
design, implementation, delivery and support
Knowledge of technology sufficient to work effectively with developers and QA engineers on topics such as APIs
Experience working with Scrum methodologies with ability to guide up to two scrum teams
Willingness to travel to visit our development teams on at least a quarterly basis
Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely in both written and verbal
communications, adjusting the language used to best suit the audience
Experience with product marketing activities including launch and go to market planning
Able to respond effectively to deadlines and appropriate pressure
Desire to work in high-performance environment at a rapidly growing company, with a
collaborative and friendly culture
Ability to work alongside UX specialists, Product Owners and engineers in a collaborative and
effective manner
