Product Manager, Growth
As the product manager, growth, your mission is to drive new member acquisition and retention. In this role, you will lead the design and development of the entire membership signup, onboarding, and retention process. What you’ll do:
Develop and own the vision for the signup experience at Zipcar, ensuring a seamless prospect experience while delivering key business results
Design, implement and champion enhancements to the end-to-end signup experience, including the application process, mobile app adoption, early member success, and fraud prevention
Partner with engineering and design to define product requirements across the website, web app, mobile app, and data platform in support of key business goals
Conduct a/b testing for the signup process, membership plans, and more
Ensure key vendor integrations stay up-to-date and address business needs
Partner with marketing, operations and finance stakeholders to drive improvements in important KPIs like application conversion rate, time to first drive, member retention, and more

What drives success for this role:
2+ years of experience in product management at a software company
Experience partnering with engineering teams to prioritize backlogs and writing clear user stories that articulate desired customer functionality
Skills in applying data to formulate hypotheses and drive testing
Strong product sense and member empathy, with an ability to envision opportunities that address business and member needs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate learnings, analysis and opportunities clearly to your team and stakeholders
Curious, positive attitude, and passionate about solving member problems
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, marketing or related field
