PRODUCT MANAGER, SOCIAL SLOTS
Job Purpose
We are currently looking for an experienced Product Manager from the free-to-play slots or casino space to join our dynamic team here at our Isle of Man office. As Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining product requirements and bringing features to market. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and working closely with Product owner, producer and designer to deliver winning solutions. You will also drive the roadmap for new slots features and content. It also includes working with marketing and customer support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. We currently have multiple slots and casino products scheduled for release in Q4 2017 and Q1 2018, driving us to our goal of becoming a top-10 social casino company by 2020.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle(s) of complex products in Casino/Slots genre. This will involve writing, consulting on specs, resolving key design challenges and deep understanding of Social Casino ecosystem.
Documenting business requirements and creating and executing product road maps
Quantitative Analysis, including performance reporting, market sizing and operational metrics.
Market Analysis, including competitive research, player and genre research and market awareness.
Continue to process Feature Requests and prioritize features based on business needs
Support Sales and Marketing on understanding new features and capabilities.
Drive the overall research strategy and ensure that product decisions are based on in-depth data analysis.
Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management in mobile free to play slots or social casino app.
- Ability to create wire-frames, product specifications and pricing virtual goods
- Experience managing live applications and/or games with multivariate testing is preferred
- Exceptional data analysis skills
- Strong project management skills
- Strong passion for games, creating fun, compelling and addictive user experiences
- Outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to provide clear direction, set measurable goals and give insight on industry trends
- Advanced SQL and Amplitude proficiency preferred
- BA/BS degree, MBA preferred

The salary for this job is based on experience, so whilst we are not able to go into detail at this stage, we can say that we offer great salary packages and also like to throw in a discretionary annual performance bonus.
