As a Product Manager in Seera Hotels team, you will be leading and owning hotel products that enable a hotel booking experience for customers across the Middle East. Being a customer-centric company, you will apply frameworks to extract customer pain points, synthesize them and brainstorm with your team (Product Designer and Engineers) to prototype ideas and test them. Your goal is to lead the Hotels customer experience end-to-end. The role is based in our Dubai office.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead the team in customer-centricity.
Identify customer problems, synthesize and prioritize these opportunities - Work with Product Designers & Engineers to design and prototype solutions
- Test and analyze A/B tests to optimize the best solution using Google Optimize and Analytics
- Write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development and QA teams
- Participate, drive, and deliver using the Scrum software development methodology
- Analyze and report on the product performance to stakeholders and product director
- Responsible for timely agile product delivery and continuous improvement of agile execution
- Leading agile sessions like grooming sessions, sprint retrospective, etc. to drive timely sprint deliveries
- Participate in user and product research exercises/workshops
- Responsible for the top of the funnel, middle funnel, and bottom of funnel initiatives
- Collaborate with other parts of the business (Marketing, content, connectivity, operations… ) to create outsized value: the whole is greater than the sum of the parts
About you
- Has a customer-centric vision and is focused on solving problems in ways that work for both the customer and business
- Has an agile mindset (scrum experience preferable)
- Has experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria Has excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Is highly analytical and results-driven; has experience with business ROI modeling, funnel analysis using google analytics, and experience setting up and running A/B/n tests
- Has critical thinking and ability to analyze data to make good decisions
- Can strongly contribute to customer research and validation with customers
- Able to conduct Customer interviews in Arabic is a PLUS
- Able to extract data using MySQL or MQL (MongoDB) is a PLUS
- Eagerness to learn
- 5+ years’ experience in product teams in a b2c preferred
- Degree qualification or equivalent in computer science, UX, or similar
- Working knowledge of SQL and other analytics tools like google analytics etc.
- Experience working with 500k+ MAU apps is a plus
- Experience as an engineer or UX designer is a plus
