Responsibilities
You continously work on developing and optimizing the product portfolio and the customer experoience by following up on metrics, tracking behaviour and benchmarking.
An important part of the job is the management of our internal systems. You will be the main point of contact for our sales team when they have questions or feedback regarding our systems.
You will gather requirements, write functional specifications and report bugs to our IT department. When new versions are delivered from IT you will run acceptance tests and ensure that the delivery holds a high quality.
You are a strong communicator who speaks the language of our customers, developers and management to ensure that everyone is aligned with the product vision.
Qualifications
- Experience from requirements analysis, or
- Experience from QA/Test, or
- Experience from Project management, or
- Business development
