We’re looking for a Director of Product Manager with Ad Tech experience to lead Permutive’s Core Services. The Core Services are the solutions that power our Audience Platform for our customers creating a privacy-safe platform to share audience data via cohorts (audience segments such as users interested in sports). In this role, you will manage the PMs who own the various services including our Edge SDK, Onboarding, Insights, Cohorts, Activations, and Dashboard.
In this role, you will define and guide the team to work with our Customer Solutions Product Managers to create roadmaps based on customer opportunity and needs. In addition, you will work with the team to build a strategic roadmap to continuously innovate new services and improve existing ones. You must thrive in an environment of ambiguity and enjoy the challenge of identifying and driving success where the path is unclear.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Defining the product vision, goals, and roadmap for the Core Services
- Manage a team of Product Managers to build world class products and facilitate their career growth
- Create and regularly report to the leadership team on KPI dashboards for the Core Services
- Analyze the Ad Tech industry, market, and customers to identify and drive development of new products
- Work across various teams through the development lifecycle and go-to-market process
- Guiding the team through operational aspects of product management including planning, setting up scalable processes, defining rules of engagement, and more
