What you will do:

Create a compelling product vision that provides value to both our customers and business
Align a cross functional team to both create and execute the product vision
Collaborate on methods, metrics, and innovation to drive the best solution to market
Balance tradeoffs between speed, feasibility, and value in collaboration with engineering, user experience, and marketing partners
Collaborate on customer relationships with a diverse set of business, marketing, engineering, and operational partners
Drive rigor in prioritization for maximum business and customer outcomes
Define the product backlog and acceptance criteria in partnership with engineering
What you will bring:

Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Computer Science or other related technical field; experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
7+ years of experience in Software Product Management or other related experience required
Ability to develop business cases and models, measure KPIs, define testing strategies, and generate analysis necessary to measure the success of each initiative
Proven experience with Agile Scrum software development methodology
Familiar with programming paradigms and business requirement frameworks (process and task analysis, use cases, user stories, user journeys, story mapping)
Ability to manage a high volume of competing priorities and deal with ambiguity, while formally and informally managing relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
Excellent communication skills with proven ability to convey complex ideas and data simply and clearly in written, presentation and spoken formats
A flexible, team-oriented, goal-oriented approach with a proven track record of collaborating with multiple stakeholders
Ablily to build a sense of trust and rapport with stakeholders and agile team
Passion for innovation and “can do” attitude
