At EARZZ, we are a ConsumerTech startup based in London (W6), determined to transform the lives of millions of people suffering from hearing loss and / or living in busy homes. We have just closed our first funding round with backing from some of the industry’s coolest angel investors and are now looking for an experienced Product Manager to join us on our mission.

About the role:

Reporting directly to the founder, you will be responsible for product strategy, execution and launch of our new consumer products.
You will manage product roadmap, manage project execution, and define product roll-out strategy
Write clear and concise user stories and requirements, prioritising development items to align with the product roadmap
Collaborate with mobile, firmware, cloud and hardware engineering partners to define and build high-quality connected product experiences
Work cross-functionally within the organisation and with external partners – including marketing, factory partners, design manufacturing and services teams to successfully launch quality products on time.
Continuously evaluate market, competitive, and pricing trends
Monitor product performance and proactively identify opportunities for product improvements
Evaluate and influence product marketing messaging

About you

We are looking for a product manager with:

Direct experience in leading the development and launch of at least one connected consumer electronics device.
Deep technical understanding of building and launching successful connected products across HW, Cloud and Mobile.
Product and user testing / experimentation experience
Ability to lead by influence across a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, finance, compliance, legal, and business experts
A history of success in executing high-impact plans that move business metrics.
Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
Passion for creating innovative solutions for consumers and is customer obsessed
The ideal candidate would also have:

Experience managing and scaling high-performing product teams
Experience taking an MVP through to delivery
Experience with mobile technology, web services and back-end application infrastructure
Understanding of embedded software, current OS technologies, cloud frameworks and services of related products.
Experience working with a diverse ecosystem of partners.
A proven ability to work in an ambiguous, fast paced environment, with little direction and quick decision making.

The job will be based in our office is in Hammersmith, London. Casual dress code, informal and sociable atmosphere.
