About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, proactive, and high energy product manager, able to uncover and justify opportunities based on customer and market insights, work hand in hand with other teams and influence colleagues towards maximizing value on everything we do.

Know your Market:
Continuously research on QA market, trends, competitors, and innovation directions
Understanding of how software delivery is evolving (inc. SDLC, DevOps and Agile)
Immersing in QA communities and engage with thought leaders when appropriate
Demonstrating Virtuoso in a variety of forums, including customer meetings, meetups, conferences and more
Help win competitive opportunities by supporting Sales efforts as appropriate
Know your Customer:
Proactively engage with customers to build a genuine understanding about their problems and their needs
Design and facilitate customer feedback sessions and surveys
Understand how our product is being used, identifying opportunities to generate further value, increase market traction and adoption
Work collaboratively with Product Marketing and Sales on documentation, tutorials, onboarding, and relevant product announcements
Know your Product:
Gathering and prioritizing problems to solve and capabilities to build
Running discovery, prioritization, and other relevant workshops
Product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, working closely with engineering to maximize the value of new capabilities
Regular roadmap and initiative execution updates to stakeholders as appropriate
Working hand in hand with sales, engineering, marketing, and customer success to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
What we need from you
The right fit – what you’ll probably have to fly high in this role:
Experience working as a hands-on Product Manager on a technical product
Experience in cloud-based SaaS products (ideally in B2B)
Familiarity with variations of SDLC and QA practices, software, and ecosystem
Self-aware, curious, team player, proactive and full of energy to make positive impact in your team, your company, and your clients
