Software Product Manager

GRAIL is hiring a Software Product Manager who is an excellent teammate and enjoys transferring and sharing knowledge across teams. Our ideal candidate has significant experience in developing sophisticated healthcare-related software and cooperating with cross-functional team members to ensure products meet user and business needs.

You Will
Develop product strategy and roadmaps based on a deep understanding of user needs, business goals, and competitive landscape
Drive the product requirements and specifications to guide software development
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Clinical Development, Data Science, UX Research and Design, Engineering, Medical Affairs, Quality, Regulatory, etc.) and external partners to define, prioritize, and complete the software product strategy, roadmap, and product requirements
Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, and QA to support risk assessments, audits, testing and product safeguards

Your Background Should Include
BA/BS, Master’s or PhD preferred, in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Bioinformatics or related fields and equivalent practical experience.
Experience working in healthcare tech and/or life sciences.
Experience building enterprise software in the clinical trials/research industries.
Familiarity with one or more healthcare informatics domains (EHR, claims, genomics, etc.).
Comfortable in navigating the ambiguity and fast paced environment.
Excellent strategic and analytical abilities. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Experience working in a start-up environment, leading complex strategic and operational initiatives, working through technical, operational, legal/policy and business issues.
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to resolve. Ability to guide without authority. Ability to negotiate scope, product features, specifications, across, and down in the organization.
Ability to prioritize, set goals and deliver results with a high emphasis on quality, technical difficult, and attention to detail.
