Who Are You:

The position will require you to successfully manage and interpret large amounts of complex data analytics to translate into monthly program dashboards, analyze and review trends for product enhancements, and support internal and external initiatives. You must be a self-starter and function exceptionally as an individual contributor and in a (remote) team environment, take accountability for you work, and successfully adapt to an ever-changing environment.

What You’ll Work On:

Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources to build and maintain monthly program dashboards and maintain databases/data systems
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Filter and “clean” data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Support overall program project management initiatives

Experience with processes and capabilities associated with data analytics and successfully interpreting large amounts of data
Experience:

Degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field.
2+ years of experience in data analyzing, visualization and reporting.
Minimum of 1 year experience with data analytics tools, preferably:Python, SQL, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Salesforce, Facebook Analytics
Proficient with Excel / Google Sheets
Experience working with SAAS products, user growth, payment products is a plus.
