Carrot is seeking a Director, Product Management who will lead our high performing group of Product Managers by curating and executing on a portfolio of initiatives that supports Carrot’s next phase of growth and scalability. Our product management team is focused on 1) delivering evidence-based engagement in order to educate and guide our members towards the best standard of care, 2) building upon our world-class member experience across 50+ countries, and 3) supporting our operational teams with the right tools to delight members and customers. This is a role that will entail a combination of strategic vision setting and hands-on, detail-oriented execution.
You’ll be responsible for:
Curating a balanced roadmap of incremental improvements for immediate execution with big bet initiatives for longer term value
Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to understand member behavior, industry trends, and customer needs
Co-facilitating roadmap planning and execution activities alongside Engineering, Design, Content, and Global Solutions to resolve competing requirements and resourcing needs
Aligning Product Management priorities across Commercial, Operations, and Medical while empowering and routing to respective Product Managers where appropriate
Building, recruiting, and developing a high performing, engaged product management team
Proactively shaping Carrot’s product management organizational strategy (i.e., people, process, and technology) for scale
7+ years of product management experience at a fast-growing technology company including some experience in a digital health or related field
3+ years of managing, recruiting, and scaling product management teams
Demonstrable record of defining and executing on business goals through product delivery
An analytical and logical approach to problem-solving and prioritization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to quickly understand and communicate complex ideas to a diverse range of audiences
Knowledge of tech-enabled healthcare services delivery (e.g., chronic disease management, coaching, telemedicine etc.)
Knowledge of business-to-business-to-consumer products especially in an employer sponsored benefit context
