As a Head of Product, you’ll partner closely with nearly all functional groups in the company: engineering, customer success, sales, marketing, and ops. You will be responsible for aligning our product strategy with the overall business strategy and delivering the desired business outcomes. We’re a growing and nimble team, so you will be expected to lead a highly autonomous team and drive projects from idea to launch.

Build scalable processes that provide guidance to how product operates.
Work with cross-functional teams to define the vision for SalesRabbit’s products.
Conduct research and analysis to deeply understand our customers and their customers and surface the most critical problems to solve.
Define measurable outcomes and maintaining focus on measuring success of those outcomes throughout the building and shipping of the product roadmap.
Define success metrics and measure outcomes to improve and iterate.
Work with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to drive customer adoption.
Mentor and grow Product Managers early in their careers.
Participate in recruiting and interviewing of product candidates to help build an excellent Product team.
Inspire your department to reach for excellence always.
To be a good fit for this particular role, you should be/have:
5+ years of product management experience (B2B SaaS experience highly preferred).
Experience launching new products in coordination with sales and marketing.
Track record of success leading cross-functional product teams.
Laser focus on delivering outcomes and moving metrics—not just shipping features.
Passionately devoted to your users. You have a track record of listening deeply to your customers, understanding their problems, and applying logical and elegant solutions to those problems.
A supreme knack for bringing simplicity and focus to complex and ambiguous concepts or situations.
Understanding of technical constraints and can effectively balance quality and speed.
