We’re now looking for an Application Manager/Owner to join our Campaign Delivery Team, as the Application Owner you’ll play your part in our tech transformation by ensuring smooth transition to standardised and centralised apps across both our digital and non-digital advertising products. You’ll initially and predominantly be responsible for the development, maintenance and lifecycle management of packaged applications, managing the configuration, integration to meet the needs of the business.

You’ll also;

Conduct second line support for the applications supported by the team.
Help with training and onboarding of new users in close collaboration with the business
Document the application(s) in the wiki or other designated applications.
Educate internally on what the application delivers as well as safeguard the continued education of technical teams.
If necessary, be responsible for a test environment where you can work with the service, as well as keep up to date with new technology in the area.
Contact suppliers regarding running operations.
Support and participate in ongoing projects and initiatives as part of the wider Tech Europe Team
